Personal Licence Holder Certificate and Staff Training.
ServeWise and City & Guilds certification.
All food operators must have a fully documented HACCP system and Staff Trained in Food Hygiene.
R.E.H.I.S. certificated Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
