Urban Training provide a wide range of training courses aimed at assisting caterers, restaurateurs, hoteliers, bar operators, off-sales traders, members clubs, committees and night club operators to comply with environmental health, licensing legislation and regulations and the new Security Industry Act requirements for licensing door stewards.

We can offer professional courses which are nationally recognised and certificated from professional institutes including The Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland and City & Guilds. These include both the ServeWise Personal Licence Holders courses (On-licence and Off-licence) and, for staff working with alcohol, the ServeWise staff training course.

These nationally recognised qualifications, accepted by licensing boards throughout Scotland as a certificate of training, are designed to equip attendees with information on their legal rights and responsibilities. The courses encourage higher standards of service and promotion of a more socially responsible culture.
